• Outsourced Financial Controller - Flexible and affordable access to the expertise and knowledge of an experienced Financial Controller of golf clubs;
• Management Information - Provide accurate and timely management accounts with variance analysis, giving the information necessary to make informed business decisions to facilitate timely corrective action;
• Audit - Planning, preparation and liaising with external auditors;
• Financial Planning - Cost control and revenue enhancement through annual budget preparation, with rolling forecasts and the setting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for performance management and capital expenditure appraisals;
• Treasury and Cash flow - Improve cash flow management and manage banking relationship;
• Golf Club Operations Review - Review operations to identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs;
• VAT Review - Identify areas of potential benefit and VAT savings, identify areas of potential exposure to VAT, comment on issues arising and make appropriate recommendations;
• Marketing - Preparation of a marketing plan to enhance the club’s income by setting out actions, agreeing targets and how they can be measured;
• Information Technology - Review your Club’s IT systems and advise on selection and implementation of new software solutions to improve efficiency and address issues identified.
